SSS pays floral respect to the Language martyrs

Nation remembered the language martyrs who dedicated their lives for the Bengali Language on 21 February 1952. SSS, Tangail District Administration, along with other people from various sectors, placed floral wreaths on the pedestal of Shaheed Minar at Niralab Point of Tangail Town yesterday.

In the first phase of the day of 21 February 2022, Deputy Commissioner of Tangail paid flowery tribute at Shahid Minar at 12.01 am. Following that, Superintendent of Police of Tangail, political and public representatives, journalists and people from different professions placed wreaths on the pedestal of Shahid Minar to pay their tribute to the language martyrs.

Apart from that various cultural, social and non-government organizations paid tribute to the language martyrs by placing floral wreaths at the monument. A team of SSS paid floral respect to the martyrs at 7,30 am.
