IFAD delegates visit SSS

A delegation of IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development) visited different activities of SSS. The delegation conducted the visit on 14 February 2019 (Thursday) to observe the proper implementation of the projects.

Members of the delegation were: Mr. Michael Hamp (Germany), Ms, Christa Ketting (Netherlands), Mr. Jens Kristensen (Denmark), Mr. Anura Herath (Sri Lanka) and Mr. James Garret (USA).

There were two teams in the delegation–one visited an Indigenous Chickens Commercial Farm under the PACE program of SSS in Bhuapur. Another team took a visit to Dragon Fruit Cultivation under the PACE program in Dainna union of Tangail Sadar Upazila.

At that time, Dr. Akand Md. Rafiqul Islam, General Manager of PKSF; Majnu Sarker, Deputy Manager of PKSF; Dewan Md. Alamgir, Consultant to IFAD and officers and staffs of PKSF and SSS were present with the delegates.
